Delivery Information

Our regular (and online) wine deliveries are made by Australia Post Eparcel Couriers.

  • Cassegrain Wines and Australia Post (or the Contracted Courier Company) will not be held responsible for any missing goods if they are delivered without a signature.
  • Delivery Instructions are a guide for the Contracted Courier Company to follow, not a Guarantee that on all occasions they will be followed.Normal delivery times are 7-10 working days.
  • If no one is at the delivery address to receive the parcel and there have been no specific delivery instructions, a card will be left advising that the parcel can be collected from the nearest post office.
  • All deliveries that are returned to sender, due to incorrect address information supplied by the purchaser, will be charged a $20.00 per case re-delivery fee.
  • It is an offence to sell or supply to or to obtain liquor on behalf of a person under the age of 18 years.
  • Wine can not be left outside the boundary line of a property. In certain areas where a full mail delivery service is not provided, parcels will be delivered to a roadside delivery box where it is large enough to contain the parcel, or otherwise to the nearest post office.

Payment Information

Payment is made by credit card (in advance) for online orders. The exception is for those people signing up for our 'Club Cassegrain Wine Club'. In this instance, we obtain (withouth processing) your credit card details through the site and then process each payment in conjunction with our regular deliveries.

We accept American Express, Diners Club, Mastercard and VISA.
